First off WELL DONE on your amazing loss! I'm a little bit shorter than you and my goal is about 9st 7, which I think is a good weight for our height! The WII only goes on BMI which I believe isn't the perfect gauge on what you should weigh, don't pressurise yourself into losing more. Just go by how you feel and how your…

I am just under 5ft 3 and my goal is 130lbs, but ideally I wouldn't want to go any lower than 126lbs! Set yourself smaller goals to aime for. Like 1st goal: 200lbs 2nd Goal: 180lbs 3rd Goal: 160lbs 4th Goal: 150lbs 5th Goal: 140lbs This way you can gauge on what is best for your body. Good Luck x

Thanks for that :) I've changed my goal to 1778 cals a day, that is what that site gave me for 20% deficit. Let's see how I go for the rest of may! Thank you x

Thanks :) I am in panic mode as it is just under 13 weeks till I go on holiday, and I really want to see more results by then. So maybe take 2 rest days at the weekend on the Saturday and Sunday? And up my daily cals? What should I up them too, my TDEE for moderately activity is only 2081? I thought you neede a 20-15%…

Thanks for your response. I am just about 5ft 3 inches, 146.9lbs, my BMR according to Fat2fit is 1363 and my TDEE is 2081 (this is for moderate activity) I work behind a desk Monday - Friday so am quite sedentary during the day! I've got about another 16-20lbs to lose to get to where I would like to be. Workout wise, I…

As a sufferer of Crohns disease, why anybody would WANT to do anything like this is beyond me!!!! As long as you're "regular" in that department there's no need to abuse it!! If you're not regular then eat plenty of fruit and veg and drink lots of water!!
