I do not eat mine back.. sometimes i might eat say 100 of them or something but normally i stick with my 1200 and thats it regardless of my activities

I take a probiotic one in the AM and one at night Vitamin d 3 5000 ui in the AM fish oil 2 caps daily Magnesium Citrate 1 am 1 pm and Green coffee bean extract 400 mg with Svetol 3 times a day 1/2 hour before meals.. thats it.. !

Yes Magnesium does help.. i take Magnesium Citrate.. it also helps regulate other things!!.. i take one in the AM and one PM..

I Started taking the Green coffee bean extract today.. did anyone here buy the kind with the Svetol in it or just the regular kind?

love the Vanilla drink it in the morning at 7 while driving to work.. eat oatmeal around 930... healthy lunch around 1230... snack 330 dinner at 630 head to the gym and drink one after i work out with a banana ...
