I have a membership with Golds. I receive a corporate discount through my employer, so I am pretty much sticking with it, however, if I found a gym with a decent indoor running track, I think I would ditch it (unless that place was Golds.)

I am newly 30 years old. This is my second go round with MFP. The last time I lost 70 lbs, and it seemed so easy with my MFP support system. Feel free to add me. I want t be your cheerleader!

I would be interested in joining a walk on this trail if anyone else is down! I live in the area. That is of course if no one minds that I have a 4 year old son that I would probably bring along, as well. He is hilarious, and very well behaved. :)

LOL! I do that, too. We all have. By the way, I talked to my doctor about not being able to poo regularly. He asked me when it started, and I realized it was when I cut calories. I showed him my MFP diary, and he told me I wasn't eating enough fiber since I cut out most of my carbs. He said that I needed to add more BEANS…

Not at all!!! Currently, weight loss is still an exciting new thing for you. My mom lost 80 lbs in 2006. When she first lost all of the weight, she wanted to buy all the clothes, be in all the pictures, and just generally be out and seen. For the first time in years she could run into a store, pick anything, throw it on,…

I will totally eat ANYTHING. Tripe (menudo yum!) and head cheese included. I shan't be picky, nor wasteful. My tolerance of all food probably comes from my parents tanning my hide if I didn't finish everything on my plate.

I am 5'3 1/2" and I started trying to lose weight on 3/23/12. I am now down 29.4 pounds just under 3 months later :). Stick to your daily calorie goal, when you work out DO NOT eat your calorie deficits. You don't have to, and your results will be better if you don't.
