i wish i were you! hahaha, but yeah when you exercise you should definitely eat more - I eat 1500 when i'm exercising and i try to eat 1200 when im not. because i LOVE food - i have a hard time staying within my calories

If you're eating out at a restaurant, it is close to impossible to avoid an overload of sodium. My ex boyfriend is a personal trainer, and he told me to eat 1200 calories. and that my maintenance is about 1500 cals after calculating my BMI. and yes i'm pretty petite (5'2. 112 lbs) so 1 lb does make a big difference. I haven't been able to run or work out for over a week…

My BMR is 1316 and My TDEE is 1579... so isn't 1200 cal correct???

this is exactly what happened to me, and i was in denial for about year.. and NOW i am having the HARDEST TIME getting it off....i feel since i am aware - i am maintaining it, but not losing. i lost 5 lbs - but i get the craziest cravings and urges to over eat.
