Welcome Kirt!!!! We can always use good runners here at Able Township! :) I would bet running a 5K is closer than you think. :) I started out at over 17 min/mile back in January (lots of walking), and I can now run a 5K in at least a 10:30 pace. my fastest time for 3.25 miles was 10:05 min/mile. I agree with most everyone here. :) do what your body tells you and yes you can change up the workout so you can workout every day. I haven't run in a couple of weeds do to my work/school schedule, but when I run, I run every day almost. at least 5 days per week. and I do cross fit or some other strenth training 2-3 times…

^^ this ^^ I dont' usually mix mine with spark, but you can. Drink it as fast as you can, though. That is the key. :)

I am starting the challenge in a couple of days (when my order comes in) I plan to eat 1800 calories per day (per my personal trainer) any calories for the challenge will of course come off my daily allowance. I work out 4-6 days per week.
