I have a polar F6. Have had it for years. I can even swim with it on. (waterproof to 30 meters or something) Polar makes a good product.

How does your phone read your heart rate?
-
The person who blogged this said absolutely yes you can. :)

My physician said 1500 is minimun. (just met with him today, too) If your deficit has you losing less at 1200 because your BMR is already so low, you are thin enough to level off. You probably wont get a 2lb loss per week, but that is a good thing. You need to get your body ready for maintenance.... Your metabolism needs…

a neat lifting tracker for your phone (and they hve internet, too) Jefit. You can create your own routines and schedules. When I was lifting, I used this. (not doing it so much now... doing P90X and tracking on their log sheets instead.)

Love this website, thanks for sharing

I drink mine right away or within a cuople hours if I can keep it cold. If it settles, put it in a shaker cup and shake away! :)

Mine included an apple and 1 cup blueberries and was yummy! I was surprised! :) Looking forward to trying with cucumber and zuchini. Mix it up a bit.

Don't forget to freeze them in the mean time. You can use them right out of the freezer and it makes the smotties nice and icey, and the berries stay good that way. no rotting. :)

you are an inspiration! Thank you for sharing! :)

Nice! I have just started about a week ago and haven't even gotten to eating my BMR consistantly yet... Thanks for the possitive reinforcements! :)
-
I am going to try this.... Thanks!

Thanks! That's what I thought.

Ok, so I am starting this thing slowly. My first step was to reset my calories in MFP to my BMR as reported by the scooby site which is 1649, and then eat back any calories burned for the day... well... I haven't even been very successfull at this. I still manage to only barely eat the 1649 net, most days I am netting…

I am trying supplements - right now I have Women's Omega Ultra from GNC for Joint and Active. I can't seem to get enough potasium in my diet. :(
-
Maybe late, but this is correct. Calories are not enough if they are not giving the right kind of vitamins for your body to produce the enzymes needed to work efficiently. If your body is only burning proteins for energy because you are giving it nothing but fat in your diet (in which case why would it go to the much…

Have you tried the peanut butter that you grind yourself? Winco sells it and most natural food stores to do I believe. PB is a great calorie booster and has the "good fats". :) I was actually thinking of upping my cals again to try and do the reset before trying to lose again.
-
Ditto. You should at LEAST be eating your workout cals back. :)
-
where can I find out more abou tthis reset you all are talking about??? I don't wnat to have to buy a book fi I don't have to. I already upped my cals in MFP, but if I don't start losing in a few weeks, I may concider doing the reset. Thanks!

I Agree with the above post. Without your diary being public it is hard to determine what your calorie intake might be. That was my first thought to your post.
-
I use 1/2 cup cottage cheese (small curd) 1/4-1/2 tsp vanilla extract (or any flavor you like) 1 tsp splenda mix or blend to combine Also you can use pumpkin pie spice or cinnimon instead of extract.

I cancelled all my tv accounts. I used to have cable, for my mom, but when she passed away, I didn't feeling like paying the bill, so I cancelled it and used netflix live account for all my TV watching. It was a TIME SUCKER!! About a month after deciding once again to lose weight, I deleted my netflix account and cancelled…

Sounds like you pinched something or jarred something. My sister had the same thing happen jumping out the back of a pickup and not bending her knees, she jarred her spind and ended up with a headache the rest of the day. i agree with the abover person. Consult your physician just to be sure. You don't want to mess with…

Did you take your body measurements? This is usually a good indicator. specially with muscle building programs like P90 series.
-
Yeah, I find the beachbody website to be difficult to navigate and not very user friendly.

If MFP says you need 1700 WITH your current workout factored in, I would go by that. MFP has already factored in your rest day as well and averaged your necessary calorie intake to include the lower need on recovery day. :) I typically have mfp set to sedintary so any workout or activity I can log and then eat back those…
