Can't lose extra skin unless you have surgery. You can try to fill up the area with loose skin with muscle.

Yes actually.. I buy stuff when I can find good deals. Sweats aren't really that comfortable, me wearing shorts would cause problems at the gym ;)

I wear yoga pants because that's what I can afford (and they're comfortable). People who even pay attention to what other people wear most likely have insecurities about their own bodies. I have never seen anyone dress like they are going to the club at the gym and I don't care

I pretty much had the same lool going on four months ago. The back fat will disappear in no time if you track cals, lift heavy and do some cardio. Barbell rows are amazing for this BTW.

I work my abs after I lift. I usually do 2 or 3 sets of 12 (reverse crunch, exercise ball crunch, medicine ball sit ups, jack knives, etc) or I do timed supersets (e.g. 1 minute bicycle crunches, 1 minute reverse crunch). Timed planks are also a must in my routine. I love the cable crunches but they never seem to be free…

Most likely loose skin. Pinch it.. If it stretches a bit, it's skin. Lift weights, that will help fill the skin out

You can lift weights til the cows come home and still have a lot of body fat because of poor nutrition habits and or no calorie deficit.

Um if you weigh that much, you should be eating more. Around 1600-1750 a day. Maybe more. You burn more than I do in a day and I eat 2200+ at 172.5lbs. You need to find a balance. Don't eat 3500 calories but eat more than 1200. You want to eat something that you can live with cause once you do lose your 5 st you will need to "maintain" and prevent yourself from regaining or falling into old habits
