Got T25 just to have something different to work out to.. skeptical about the results I would get but I throw it on once in awhile. BBL seems sketchy to me. Still trying to lose weight from two pregnancies - one in 07 and the other in 2012. I was 223 after giving birth, got down to 160 in 2012, gained weight got to 172. Started this year at 191, now at 184. Looking to get to 160 to start.

On day 9 of this program. TOM arrived and I've been bloated since starting the program so we'll see if after I've lost weight/inches. I'm not following the containers or Shakeology.

I used to, just so I can get an idea of how much I gain before and during TOM. Now I don't since I've already established my personal patterns. I usually weigh after which is pretty much a patience game since TOM is so irregular.

Was going to do Upper Fix after 30DS but I got called into work after doing 30DS. Now its nearly 10PM and I still have to do reports for my business and eat dinner. Complete madness. I feel bad but at the same time I got some workout in today. Tomorrow I am off and will kick butt at tomorrow's workout

I don't. I stay active and eat like I would any other day of the month. I consider the week or two before TOM as a metab reset. I don't have cravings and my workouts pretty hard most of the time so I'm not too worried when I decide to have chocolate or something.

I'm 5' 6". Goal weight is 160lbs, starting weight was 191. I'm 184 right now. I am comfortable with 160lbs.. I have a lot of muscle and weighing any less just isn't good for me.

Huge goal is to have a bod like my avatar again. I put on 31lbs.. I don't really care much for lb weight just want fat loss. Other goals include running a 5k again. Probably the most important goal for me is to get the fat off and keep it off longer than 6 months. I want my new life change to be sustainable.

Using a HRM is truly a life changing tool. It gives you the closest estimate compared to online calculators and info online about what others burn. Highly recommended :-) There's one around for every budget

Did Total Body Cardio today.. I think I have become a bit stronger this week. I started this program on a Tuesday and did the Total Body Cardio video.
