Disagree - babies weigh something! I believe there is a MFP entry for "Carrying 15lb load or infant" (something like that). Use that if your baby is close to that weight.

Cannot determine.. It is said that in addition to whatever your HRM says you burn, you burn calories over the next 24-48 hours as well. If you don't have a HRM, get one. It's better for steady state cardio but it can give you an idea of what you may have burned during exercising

Have to agree OP... I mean really to eat their own but why would you do 100 squats a day when you could do barbell squats and get better results with less (e.g. 25 barbell squats)? Aside from the fact that you "want" to. Sounds like a time waster to me.

I would focus more on aiming to eat your Total Daily Eating Goal - sometimes you net sometimes you don't. That is if you are using the TDEE method

It's really no surprise that you've hit a plateau. You should be eating above your BMR at minimum everyday. I eat atleast 1730 a day (my approx BMR) and aim to eat 2300. I used to eat 1600 last year @ 180lbs and after 3 months I just stopped losing. I ate more and the scale/measurements started moving again.

5'6" current weight is 180 - ideal is 160 but my body fat percentage is 22% right now so I may hit 170 and look way better than at 160

I hated RI30.. I found it boring and too easy. Didn't feel my muscles were worked like they had been doing 30DS and heavy lifting. Definitely recommend 30DS over RI30.. IMO the results are better.

Always start with the bar (most bars weigh between 35-45lbs anyways). I started with the bar then added 50lbs.
