Walk or swim. Most important of all, rest...
-
Go slow and run outside if you can. Running on treadmill and running outside are very different..

I'm doing 14/10 - seems to be working. I hate eating breakfast at 7AM anyway and noticed I was able to really kill my lifts and cardio doing it fasted. IF is working out for me, I am still getting 2300 cals a day but in a different time frame. Not really sure if that counts as IF.. but it's working.

They say abs are made in the kitchen.... I dunno when I got down to 19%, what worked for me was eating enough to create a slight deficit (350-490 cals). All I cared about was having my protein up.. I ate bacon and eggs everyday and my abs peeked through a bit. *shrug*

I don't think so... breastfeeding requires more food (an amount of food you should be eating anyway to avoid a plateau) and burns calories. I think you should wean your kiddo off when you think it's time to do so, not because you think it will help you lose weight faster.

I just keep going and doing what needs to be done no matter what others think. At the end of the day, the only person who will look after me is me and I am responsible for my own happiness.

In to post my before and current as of last week, will post final pic in a few weeks. Profile pic is results from barbell squats after only 63 days DAY 10 @ 183.5lbs/ 32% BF DAY 75 @ 179.5lbs/ 22.5% BF

Mine are 14.5".. never thought anything of it.
-
I would just go to a different gym... Honestly complaining about 30 mins in the bathroom is ridiculous. Sounds like you need a larger gym
-
You are not on a stall my dear. Enjoy the fat loss and forget about the weight number. I think you are on the right track. I have only lost 7 lbs in 75+ days but my body fat has decreased by 11%.
-
Yup! Just keep doing what you are doing
-
Why do more than you have to? Squats are just as effective if not more...
-
Barbell squats, heavy weight, low rep. I used to have a flat butt, my avatar is 60 something days after adding barbell squats to my routine.
-
Depends what are your stats? Age, sex, weight and height. Sometimes we should not tinker with something that is working but let's be sure first.

Look into New Rules of Lifting for Woman and or Stronglifts 5x5. Great lifting programs. I did 30 Day Shred too after having my youngest and that was a good, cheap alternative to the gym as I didn't have the gym in my budget. It allowed me to work out at home too.
-
Lift heavy things. Low reps. Eat healthy. I have a child born through csection and the fold has never disappeared but the rest looks fantastic. Lifting heavy will help you fill out your skin. My skin will never snap back but lifting is the only thing that has helped.
-
OK look you need to eat more. Get the food scale first and whatever measuring items you need. Log for a day... If you are under 1500 still then you aren't eating enough. Trust me on this, when I was 178lbs I was eating at least 1700 a day.....
-
Yup
-
What's the big deal? Add a couple of eggs and you've got the best of both worlds
-
I would aim to eat a bit more per day.. Sounds like the wrong advice but if you are lifting and fairly active, you may not be eating enough. Not sure how much to tell you to eat but Google scooby's calculator and enter your info there. Sometimes if we don't eat enough, our body holds onto fat
-
Sounds like a solid plan. GL!

I hated him at first but then I decided to stop getting mad about politics because people will keep voting for stupid people and their interests only so... Plus come on, he speaks Patois!!
-
Stronglifts and NROLFW are great. I prefer 5x5 though because I can't imagine myself walking around with paper/book plus my water bottle and phone... Stronglifts program is easy for me to remember and also has an app!
-
I rest on how I'm feeling... I usually cross train on a day that is not lifting. I'll walk, swim, play sports, etc

Day 74

Lifting heavy weights is good for flab burn, same with eating at a deficit.. if you insist on doing a dvd, JM's 30 Day Shred is better than her new one week shred apparently

Yes when I had a c-section, my OB said I could exercise at 6 or 8 weeks.. I ended up opening up the incision doing 30DS.. after she said I was OK to exercise. Motivation was definitely there but I felt frustrated. I just walked for a couple of months then started exercising again. I wasn't in good shape to begin with…
