When you say that you stuck to 1400 calories is that what you ate total for the day and then you ate back your exercise calories in addition to the 1400?

Just checking to see how everyone is doing with this set. I'm planning on purchasing it but would love to see who else is getting good results. Also, what is the recommended amount of calories from the nutrition plan and how many Workouts per week does she suggest?

I've been eating 1600-1700 since january 1st. like i said i have some slip ups but have generally stayed pretty close to that amt. I have no idea what my macros are set to. I will try getting rid of some of the carbs. that is definately my down fall.

Unfortunately i have taken measurements and not even 1/4 inch lost. some days if i haven't had enough water or eaten too much as far as carbs i think my measurements are even more. Very frustrating.

Thanks so much everyone. I'll will definitely pick a number and stick with it for a few weeks. I'm just nervous about gaining more since I've always eaten around 1400 calories or under and lost some weight but then it stops and I get frustrated an quit all together. it just seems weird eating that many calories.
