  • Yeah I almost feel over when i realized how bad they were.... they do offer low fat options that are alot better... I suggest green tea & lemon water for energy and extra help with weight loss with No calories!!! Maybe 10 or 15 from the lemon but those are good! :happy:

  • Ive used to use loseit off and on and just started regularly using this app about a week and a half ago... I love it! Im trying to tone up and lose about 10 lbs myself.... it really does help to see exactly what your eating and how many calories...

  • No you cant drink to much water! Are bodies are mostly water.... only way to replenish is to drink it so bottems up!! I try to drink at least a gallon a day. More if im working out and sweating.
