When I record my strength/lifting on here with MFP not only does it take awhile lol, but when i put it in, it doesn't list the calories.. just lists that I did it..=/

Yes for strength! i did not do ANY cardio today on machines, and I burned 877...Granted I was keeping my Heart rate up and doing my own circuit training such as jump roping, using arobic benches doing step ups with weights, abs, etc.. so i am sure i guess that would account for some cardio.. but leg press, squats, dead…

Greek yogurt, I don'tthink has 9 carbs..some people like it some don't, lots of ways to make it interesting tho! .. Celery with peanut butter/rice cakes with peanut butter..

Thanks KT for the congrats and advice! Yah, my concern is eating healthy still on those long 12 hr shifts, but i just need to come prepared and not eat crappy cafeteria food! No boyfriend, and I think that has to do with my own self esteem, once i gain that back..and start being confident with myself again... I am hoping…
