Low Cal Low Carb fillers? Other than Salads

Lately I have been having the MAJOR munchies in between and during meals, and nothing seems to be filling me. I usually eat to my Cal goal each day (lately have even been going over just because I am so hungry).

My exercise consists manly of daily weight training with a little cardio, and I am on a high protein low carb diet.

I was wondering if anyone had ideas of Low Carb Low Cal Snacks and Meal-Fillers other than Salads, which I could try? (not worried about Fat or Protein content, just the Carbs and Cals).

Thanks in advance to anyone who has any suggestions.

    I'm on the Dukan diet so I've been trying loads of low or no carb snacks... My best ones for sweet: Eton Mess, meringues crushed into low fat vanilla yoghurt.

    Or salty: Sliced up butternut into chips, add rosemary salt and bake, they go crunchy like oven baked chips, then I use cottage cheese as a dip. Its yummy!

    Greek yogurt, I don'tthink has 9 carbs..some people like it some don't, lots of ways to make it interesting tho! .. Celery with peanut butter/rice cakes with peanut butter..
