  • For the occasional dinner out or extra calories you know you're going to have over the weekend, just make up for it on another day. Hit the gym a little longer the day before. I would say after as well, but I've noticed with myself that it's easier to add a cushion than to try to make up for it later.

  • I went over by 300 this weekend (each day). I don't own a scale so I'll have to wait what the scale says. And 99 calories isn't that bad. Just make it up tomorrow and it should be fine. But I'm having a hard time with the sweets! D=
