hey all! i am a returning "loser" if you will. i was on w.w. for about a year and did great then quit and gained back almost 10lbs. i would join again but am too cheap i am taking what i learned there and will apply here. i just need to be more dilagent in writting down what i eat and i need to start moving - even if it is just taking a walk - i had put myself on the back burner and i don't want to do that anymore - i need to find a balance between taking care of my family AND me - so that is what i am going to try and do again! wish me luck!!!

Good luck! I'm in the same boat. I lost 20lbs 2 years ago and was super happy, I had never been that light in my life (overweight all through high school and such). Then I just lost it, all motivation. Gained it ALL back last year and am hopefully going to lose it all and then some. I'm down 2lbs, which isn't much but it tells me what I'm doing is working so I'll keep it up.
Just keep swimming!0
