Stop measuring yourself everyday! Thats going to stress you out. The best time you measure yourself is in the morning when you have no food in your system and do it once a week or every other week. Take a deep breath. If you are eating healthy and working out you will lose weight..it doesn't happen over night. :)

I completely understand what you're going through. When I buy groceries I try and buy a lot of raw vegetables and fruits. I also bought a rice cooker which helps out a lot.. super cheap at wal-mart. Protein is harder for me to get just because I don't cook any meat in my room. I buy canned tuna and canned beans. But you…
