I'm not new but love new friends with similar goals.
I'm 22, 5'2, and 133.6 lbs (started at 140lbs) looking to get to 125. I typically eat between 1200-1400 calories/day and work out regularly.

I'm 169 lbs and started at 178lbs. I'm hoping to get down to 120 lbs - ish.. A little more than just a bit to lose lol.. I'm 22 and 5'4. I am trying to eat 1,200 or lower. I've very sedentary so thats why I'm trying to stay so low. Trying to slowly add in Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred.0

Im 41, 4'11 and weigh 137 trying to get to 115-120 i work out often, but Im finding it very hard to stay within the 1200-1400 calories per day I started MFP about 2 weeks ago, so far, I have lost 2 lbs. slow and steady wins the race0 -

I'm pretty much the same as you! I'm 5'2 and i am currently 146 lbs, but i plan to get down to at least 125 (and then see if i'm healthy there, because if i am i plan to go lower as i think i can, because my body can cope with being a low weight as long as i feed it properly) and i'm also eating 1300 calories0

I'm so glad that this was posted because I was planning on posting something similar! I'm currently 5'3 and 138lbs, and I'd love to get to around 118, but more importantly I'd like to lower my body fat percentage! I'm pretty new to this site, and this is my first time posting in the message boards but I figured that having the support of others would really help me!
Right now I'm sticking to a 1200 calorie limit, but unlike most people I really have a hard time eating that much! Most of my meals are naturally low in calories so I find that I have to force myself to eat sometimes just to reach a healthy limit!
I'm really trying to do this the healthy way, so it's great to know that there are people with similar situations out there! Feel free to add me, I'd love to talk to you all!0 -
5'3 and 127! I started at 130 and am working on getting to 110-115. I also just started using myfitnesspal again and am trying to start working out regularly again and eating healthier. :-)0

I am 5'2 and weight about 127. I am not so sure I actually want to lose WEIGHT...I want to get rid of my soft stomach and add some muscle... and I don't want to gain weight!! which is particularly hard for me this time of year

Hi, fellow shortie here! I'm 5'2" ish and started out around 165lbs. Over 5 months I'm down to 145lbs. It's been SLOW going but I've consistently logged and tried my best (most of the time!). My short term goal is 135lbs (healthy bmi). I'm hoping to accomplish that sometime next spring...weight has been even slower coming off now that I'm getting close. Im 5"3 and my current weight is 144 I was 174 at my highest my goal is to get to 140 and toned or even lower skys the limit now im eating between 1250-1300 cals working out 6 days a week currently starting 4th week of turbo fire:) (Im about to up my calorie intake)

4'11, currently around 120lbs down from my high weight of 148lbs. I was 115lbs right before Hurricane Sandy but I live in New York, and two weeks without power, heat, hot water, or fresh food made me put on a whopping 12lbs. Thankfully the storm weight is coming off quickly as I've already lost 7lbs in just a few weeks. My goal weight is 105lbs-110lbs. In the past I weighed 97lbs and still looked sort of "thick" but that was in high school and I don't know if that's a reasonable goal for me.
I have my calorie goal set at 1400 but sometimes I eat less than that. I still binge eat a few times a week but I record everything. Lately I haven't been exercising but I got a new job that requires me to run around a warehouse all day, so i'm pretty exhausted after work.
The last few pounds are seemingly impossible for me to lose! Any time I hit 115lbs, I can't seem to maintain it. I hit that weight back in April but then my dog died, I changed jobs, and stopped counting calories. Then I hit 115lbs again at the end of October, but the hurricane happened, I lost my job, and stopped counting calories because I had no electricity for two weeks. For me, counting calories is an absolute must!0 -

Hi- 5'1", started at 137, first goal was to get to 130. Second goal (current) is to get to 120. I'm now at 125. Once I get to 120, I'll adjust again to 115 (that's what it says on my driver's license!). My weekly goal has always been 1/2 pound per week. I am fairly active, plus at least 3 workouts a week, and my current net calories are at 1290.0

Hey ladies - I'm 5'2.5", was at 145 in October, looking to get back to 135, where I was at the end of the summer. My all time high was between 205 to 210. When I get down to 135, I think I'll be switching over to maintenance. Currently on 1460 a day for net calories. Normally, I wouldn't start a diet around this time, given the holidays and my birthday, but at my nutritionist's suggestion, I started my journal right before Thanksgiving and have now gotten in the habit. If I have bad days, I have bad days, but at least I'm used to writing down the info for it now.0 -
