I am same as you my skinny/toned/healthy weight is 155 pounds at 5'9. Right now I am at 179 so got some work to do. I had twins and they did a bit of a number on my body but I just want to be and feel healthy that is the most important thing!0

I am 5'9" and 185 would love to be 145. Been having a hard time trying to figure out what calories to eat to lose. Been gaining and losing the same 4 pounds.0

What is the best to tell your frame size? I would consider myself medium frame. I once heard that you take your thumb and middle finger and wrap around your other wrist - if it touches you are medium frame, if it doesn't touch you are large, if it overlaps small... wonder if there is any truth to that.
Then that puts me between a medium build and large build. My fingers almost touch, if I stretch them out more then they touch so then I guess a larger medium build.
Anyone know of a different way to calculate "bone frame" Size?0 -
I am 5'9" and large framed. My end goal weight is 165 lbs, when I get there I might change my mind depending on how my body respones to losing the weight. I will always be apple shaped I just want a lot less of it.0

I don't know my frame size XD Medium or small.
I'm 5"4', last weigh in at 144.2lbs, and my goal is 130lbs. It's hard
Edit: Well, I just noticed this was addressed to the vertically elite. Sorry. I don't belong here XD0 -

I'm 5"10 and my goal weight is between 175-170 lbs. I'm 191 right now. Started at 205 lbs.0

5'9", goal of 160-165, but honestly I'm not sure I'll get that low since I tend to pack on muscle pretty easily. I'm happy with being heavier and muscly though!0

5'8
1150 -
I'm 5'11" and my goal weight is between 150-160 lbs. I have like 45-55 lbs to go. I haven't weighed that much since I was like 16, and honestly there are times when I question whether or not it's even possible, but that's my goal. I'm not looking for skinny so much as fit and strong.0

I'm 5'8 and my goal is 140.
^^^^ I'm 5'8 almost 5'9. I would like to be healthy though, I'm lifting so I would be fine at even 145# if i was cut/healthy looking!0 -

I'm 5'8" and weigh 191 lbs. My goal weight is 135 but I've been happy at 155 before.0
-
5'10 and want to get back down to the 125/126 I was until about 10 weeks ago.0
-
I'm 5'10" - my original goal when I started on here was 180. I was fit and healthy then (actually, my body fat was in the healthy range at over 190), but passed that goal fairly easily. I ended up as low as 155(ish), which is right smack-dab in the middle of a "healthy" BMI for my height but was too thin for me personally (more evidence that BMI is a crock) - I was too boney and too pokey-outie.
So... I gained some weight back. A bit more than I should have, but not terrible.
Well, here I sit at a little under 175. I am still fit and healthy, but I want to lower my body fat (it was around 20-21% at one point, which is great, but I'd like to do that with a bit more bulk this time). I am thinking low-to-mid 160s is perfect for me.
Honestly, though? I just want to be healthy, no matter what the number on the scale says.0
