I am freakishly small boned. I would research what the averages are for your frame size are rather than looking for opinions here!

What is the best to tell your frame size? I would consider myself medium frame. I once heard that you take your thumb and middle finger and wrap around your other wrist - if it touches you are medium frame, if it doesn't touch you are large, if it overlaps small... wonder if there is any truth to that.0

i'm 5"10 and my goal weight is 150 at best, but for the moment im at 181 trying to get down to 170 which was what i have been for a long time, so i'm i'm not satisfyed i will keep going.0

5 9 here plan around 140 and then reduce body fat and build definition0

I am 6 ft 1.5 and curvy, I think I am shooting for 190-200 but I workout 6 times a week and building a lot of muscle, But still have a ways to go to get there and then from there I will judge if I need to lose more.0

I'm 5'8" and my goal is 162....I can maintain that, did before for two years. I might like to go lower but I'm a slow loser because I like to eat and my weekly average weight loss is .6 pounds (which I am fine with...lost weight quickly the first time and gained it all back).

5'7'' presently 220 goal is 170. Since I have no idea how I would look at the hight bc I don't think I've been below 190 since middle school so my goal might change. I think I have a medium frame. Most of my weight is hips/butt/ thighs0

I am 5 ft 8 inches, medium build, rather busty and I am 57 so my goal is 168. I hope to start geting in some weight training to build some muscle. Most people tell me now that I don't need to lose but I still have a muffin top. I weigh 181 now.0
