THIS. I have a problem buying sports bras that are on sale. Yet I ONLY wear my VSX bra when I work out. That thing works wonders! My Confession: I go shopping and still go for the the L and XL shirts and I'm shocked when they are too big. Still a chubby girl at heart!

My go to for lunch is a chicken wrap: Whole wheat tortilla Guacamole Hard boiled egg Lemon pepper chicken Lettuce +side of veggies I usually make enough of Sunday for 4 days and leave one day to go out with my coworkers. So far I'm still not sick of it!

150 was always my magic number, but now that I'm close to it I think I still have another 15-20 to go. Weights I never even dreamed of :)

5'4" and my goal is 140.. we'll see how it looks once I'm there.. 20lbs away :)

I do it a few times a day.. Not in an obsessive kind of way though, I like to see the fluctuations throughout the day, it's kind of interesting to see how different foods affect your body throughout the day. I usually only record when there is a loss of at least 1lb.

I just hated the faces she made when the camera focused on her haha.. Plus she did everything so effortlessly I just wanted to punch her. But I believe she had a baby after Insanity and before T25.. and she looks GREAT. So I have to give credit where credit is due :)

I personally like Instagram the most. You can interact as much or as little as you like. There isn't necessarily anything to "keep up" with. I'm a visual person, so I like to scroll through and see pictures of food, workouts, or progress.

Replying so I can check back :) I was wondering the same thing. I just started insanity but also have been doing 30 mins of cardio.

Glad I read this today. I'm in the same boat. Nothing like seeing a weight gain after a few weeks of working out and eating healthy. It'll catch up :wink:
