My normal daily calories burned (resting) is 1,710 calories.... Goal is 1300 cal... The day I ate desserts I prob went over like 300-400 cal.

I always go over my protein..everything else I try to meet or stay under. It's 1 gram of protein per pound. Which I've heard is what bodybuilders do. So if you weight 140 lbs you can aim to about 140grams of protein.....definitely go OVER your protein goal on MFP :)

Went to try on size 6/7 pants which is what I have been for years and they were all too big! :D Im a size 4! I haven't been a size 4 since freshmen year of highschool! It was fun trying in shorts too for once!

oh the avocado i used is HASS avocado since its not watery like florida avocados

you can use it in a avocado/tomato salad! I chop 1 avocado and 1 tomato and onions to taste (cilantro can be added too). Some salt to taste and only a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar just mix it all together in a bowl and done. It serves 2 people. Very good!

you have to replace the upper case to lower case in the brackets where you see IMG change it to img keeping the brackets etc..

I'm 5'5" and my beginning weight 50 days ago was 155lbs and my goal is 135lbs.... I remember what I used to look and feel at 135....but it can change if I start gaining muscle....as long as you like what you see in the mirror and look/ feel in your clothes that's what matters.. Oh forgot to mention I do eat small snacks, beverages etc that people may consider cheating but I make sure i am still within my goals. Just on Sundays I allow my self to go over my goals if I have to.

Haha...a cheese day. I love cheese too but I've actually learned to only eat it once in a awhile, small amounts of course, not everyday like I used to so I won't splurge lol. I would celebrate by getting a new designer bikini and a pair of jeans!
