Low Calorie surprises! :D

i know I should be avoiding sugar, but for me feeling deprived can lead to terrible binges... I have learnt that the hard way!
So instead of depriving myself I'm trying to integrate a treat once every few days to stop the cravings. They actually taste better after a break from them
Here is what I have found surprisingly low in calories;
Marshmallow: about 98 calories in FIVE big ones
Jelly Beans: 100 calories in 25!
Meringue nests: 51 calories in one.
Milky way: 97 calories
Everyone should post their Low Cal surprises/sweet treats and help people with a sweet tooth curb those binges!!!!

I grew up in england, moved to america ten years ago. I miss meringe nests now! They are awesome melt in your mouth treats! What about iced gems? As a child I couldn't eat chocolate, preservatives, enumbers and iced gems were good.0

70%+ chocolate is ~50 calories per 10g piece. That's my "go to" if I have a craving.0

Skinny Cow 150 cal cups - strawberry cheesecake
Quaker breakfast cookies - 180 cals
Mini packs of nerd candies - 60 cals
Though I gotta say, after avoiding sugar for a while, I find cottage cheese packs more satisfying. I still can't get enough sweet iced tea, though.0 -

Fudge pops!! The kind I buy only have 60 calories... definitely satisfies ice cream/chocolate cravings for me.0

I have a bag of percy pigs in my drawer at work at the moment. 30 cals each and great for a little sugar fix.
There are haters on MFP who will have a go at us for wanting sweeties, but I love sugar and if I deprive myself, I will want it more!!0 -

Chocolate covered strawberry smoothie

2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2-4 drops vanilla stevia (or any no cal sweetener)
1/4 cup milk

Country Choice Organic Oatmeal Chocolate Chip cookies...100 calories in a cookie.
The problem is they are small and a certain greedy fella I shave everyday decided he needed four at snack time0 -
50% off Easter candy
I've got a set of 3 "munch boxes" on top of my fridge:
Salty: popcorn and rice cakes
Crunchy: un-salted Pretzels and nut protein bars
Chocolatey: 3 lbs of discount Snickers, Twix, nutella eggs, twizzlers, baby ruths and you name it's.0 -

Special K cracker Crisps! 27 chips =110 calories
Quaker Quakes mini rice cakes Chedder Cheese flavor (taste like cheetos) 18=140 calories
There are other flavors too like sweet chili, caramel etc and the calorie intake can vary depending on flavor.
Chedder cheese is my fav0 -
what are percy pigs? I have to take calcium and can't swallow such large pills. I do a calcium caramel chew, 15calories but prescribed by my MD lol healthy and helps the sugar cravings.0

I usually go for a 100cal pack of Oreo thins, chocolately and delicious! lol0

In MN, not sure if it's everywhere as it's made in MN, Angie's Kettle corn is GREAT!!! It's two cups for like 100 Calories!! I love the caramel flavor. I'm sure it's not the best for you, but it's so good and 2 cups is a genreous amount for 100 Cal! And since it's not a "Diet Snack Pack" thing, it doesn't taste fakey caramel! I love it!!0

I love Edy's slow-churned ice cream. Half a cup (I serve it in a teacup) is about 100 cal. For salty, to me nothing beats popcorn for volume compared to calories. Go for the low-butter (or no butter and give it a quick spray with Pam and a shake of salt), and you're looking at, what, 50 cal for 2-3 cups? Not too shabby...0

My sweet tooth satisfyer that I snagged from someone else somewhere in the MFP community is
8 oz water
1 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
This has 22 calories, tastes good (though a bit grainy) and surprisingly really satisfying for a long period of time.
This is my go to when I don't have any calories left for the day and I really NEED something.
I also have been known to eat the 90 calorie Fiber One browinies, dark chocolate chips, Bottle caps (serving is 13 pieces for 60 calories).
A friend recently introduced me to a special K bar that tastes like a frosted pop tart kind of thing (but smaller) 50 calories per piece, 2 pieces in a pack.
I am LOVING everyones ideas!0
