i know I should be avoiding sugar, but for me feeling deprived can lead to terrible binges... I have learnt that the hard way!
So instead of depriving myself I'm trying to integrate a treat once every few days to stop the cravings. They actually taste better after a break from them![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
Here is what I have found surprisingly low in calories;
Marshmallow: about 98 calories in FIVE big ones
Jelly Beans: 100 calories in 25!
Meringue nests: 51 calories in one.
Milky way: 97 calories
Everyone should post their Low Cal surprises/sweet treats and help people with a sweet tooth curb those binges!!!!

Though I gotta say, after avoiding sugar for a while, I find cottage cheese packs more satisfying. I still can't get enough sweet iced tea, though.0 -
