Looking at it it's actually a lot more than 400, probably on average around 600-800. The problem is I am such a fussy eater, I have such limited food that I can stomach. So eating healthy for me is literally eating a small amount because there's no choice. Heyyleigh - Exactly, why did you bother commenting? Do one.

I weigh myself first thing in the morning, but I always feel like I'm kidding myself when I'm 3 pounds lighter than the night before. Feel like there's something wrong with the scales and I'm still just as fat.

I hit about the third day after staying under 1200 calories, and then I just didn't feel compelled to eat. The first three, I couldn't even keep my mind off food. It's something to be proud of! Lord knows I'm telling everyone that I know that I've lost a stone. It's a big thing to lose weight, especially if you've carried it for a long time. It's lifechanging, so brag away! You won't find me complaining about anyone who is proud of their weight loss.

I'm from the UK. I'm suprised, I've never had a problem finding foods on here. The only ones I have problems with are really cheap makes you might find in a corner shop. I do eat pretty basic foods though.

Chocolate. But I read that chocolate contains magnesium and you lose this when you're on so that's why you crave it. So don't punish yourself when you reach for the choccie bars, it's your body trying to help itself return to normal! XD

My stomach is probably the slimmest part of my body. But it's kind of soft. If I excercise, I feel my legs and arms getting firmer. But my belly's always soft. For me it is hardest to tone up. But I really hate sit ups, so that's probably why. I prefer to run or dance and use my limbs more.
