Weight loss wall.
This is my third time trying to lose weight, and each and every time the same thing happens. My usual weight is 13 stone or 182lbs (I think.) After the first week, I lose loads. I never realised my diet was so low in salt.
I just finally managed to add the sodium onto my food diary and every day I'm eating like 1000 to 1500 mg. Cool. Especially didn't expect it as my diet is so unhealthy.

I want to control every aspect of my diet and make sure I'm not unknowingly going over on something. I saw in another topic someone added sodium and fibre to their food diary but I'm not sure how to do this. Can anybody help?

Boredom eating?
Forget comfort eating, boredom eating is my absolute enemy! If i'm sat watching TV or doing coursework or something and soon as I get bored I want to eat to break up the time.
