Hi! Sorry for not replying sooner! OK so squatting with a barbell is a brilliant exercise, however it's hard for me to comment on form without you asking. Could you ask someone at the gym to check your form? Otherwise I could try and describe a good form but it's not the best method

I don't think there's anything wrong with it…as long as she's doing cardio and bodyweight stuff only… Our gyms has special plans for teens! Given the population's health as a whole, I definitely think we should be getting kids and teens into sport or working out ASAP!
