Well if she was at the gym I work at her membership would have been suspended and we'd be looking to terminate it ASAP! The equipment is there for EVERYONE to use….and I get wanting a few different weights, BUT not for more than a few mins!

My advice would be to go to a cheaper frozen food shop and you can stock up on your fruit and veg in frozen form….much cheaper than freh and wont go off!

I generally agree with eat more lose less…So many people think if they practically starve themselves they'll lose weight, but sadly it doesn't work like that. By not eating sufficiently, you slow down your metabolism which means that when you do eat your body is more likely to store fat as it "worries" about when it next…

Check you're breathing correctly….if you're breathing pattern is wrong that can enhance the "pooching"….breath out on the way up as it automatically flatten the stomach as you take the air out of your stomach!
