Try adjusting your settings for a lower calorie goal. It's the only thing that can explain it honestly like the previous poster said.

This is why I rarely use a scale. Weight numbers can be way too distracting. I go by how my clothes fit probably more than anything.

I have all sorts of different playlists depending on my mood. Ranges from The Prodigy, Spineshank, Two Steps From Hell, Statix X, Tiesto, Calvin Harris, etc. Anything that keeps me moving. I am constantly looking to update my lists. Gotta keep it fresh.

I work at a desk 90% of my day, I consider that sedentary. I think lightly active is probably correct.

Agreed on the FT4. I have had it for a while. I don't use it anymore since i'm not tracking heart rate but when I was doing P90X I loved that thing.

I do a whey protein shake post workout to quickly supply myself with protein afterwards. In the morning I take ON Pro Complex to get a mixture to start the day off.

High protein and a calorie deficit will get you what you're looking for. Don't freak out too much about fat, although I personally try to keep the saturated fats under control.

I work out at the end of 24 hour intermittent fasts and I noticed the first couple times my stomach was pretty angry. After the first couple times that went away. Flatter stomach is typically just a matter of losing body fat which is mostly going to be your diet and calories in vs. calories out. Weight lifting will help you burn calories while you're working out and the added muscle will help burn as well.
