I prefer the fitbit because it attaches to my bra and i can forget about it. i am not a watch or jewelry person so the fuel band would probably drive me a bit crazy :)

i agree with all of the above posters. Sounds like P90X/Insanity Hybrid is right for you. But I would also mention that T25 can also get your body pretty hard and lost weight in the process. And no one can complain with only 25 minutes a day - 5 days a week. Congrats on your success so far and keep at it!

I really like hair on a guy. :) Super manly! But no hair is nice too but probably just as annoying to upkeep as shaving your legs etc. Whatever he's comfortable with.

Today is Week 2 Day 1 for me. I have also been doing a C25K during this as well. I have tried to start this program a few times but got discouraged with the lack of weight loss. This time I think I have it covered. Anyone have sore elbow & shoulder joints when lifting?

WOW, I am so excited to have an abdomen I can be proud of. Not sure my stratch marks will co-operate but here's hoping!

I have gotten rid of them right away before and regretted it (weight gain). This time I am not keeping them in case. I am going to keep them for a year in a bag in storage. In a year from now if I don't need them, they're gone.
