Don't pay attention to them and ask the instructor. Become close with the instructor and bring some of your own friends to the bootcamp!

I did every day for 30 days and lost my 9 lbs. I also continued to do my normal workouts. You can do it! and do it every day!

Are you lifting weights??? I always push up my weights when i hit a plateu to get past it or introduce a new exercise... like swimming. I can do it! Find something to change your body even further!

That is so wonderful. My 3 year-old daughter participates while I do Jillian's 30 day shred. The other day I tried to go on lower weights and she said "No Mommy!" and made me pick up the heavier ones!!! It's nice having a partner to push you. HAHA

I love them. They are so tough. I'm working on 30 day shred right now with yoga meltdown. I'm going to work in shred with weights too soon.
