Dont trust what the bike says at all... Usually they way over estimate. Go by what the HR tells you... that'll be the most accurate.

The hound is a very evil person, with no remorse for anything. And he does die... Later on in the books it's mentioned that he was buried in a church on a hill and that his helm was on the tombstone but someone stole it... The whole Brienne/Hound fight was such complete BS...

I have no issue with it... Although if you read a lot of posts here, a fair amount of them dealing with weightloss is from women posting about how they're saddenned that their breast size has fallen. Not really the point of the post, but it's all good.

These were a huge help in cutting out my pasta ADDICTION... That being said, I've been boiling them and then frying them briefly to dry them out. I'm going to try completely skipping the boiling part and try the dry fry tomorrow!

I can imagine they'd be a bit painful... I mean, jesus it can hurt just putting your face out of a moving vehicle, and I'd bet the wind speeds they get to flap your gums and eyeballs over like that has to be considerably faster!
