Carbohydrates, Fat, and Protein are called MACRO NUTRIENTS. By default I think myfitnesspal sets it so that 50% of your calories come from carbs, 30 from protein, and 20 from fat. There is a similar website called: http://www.weightgrapher.com/ It does the same thing pretty much but syncs with the Fitbit Aria scale so it logs automatically.

Yes, fitbit calories burned sync to myfitnesspal. Also the food you track in my fitness pal gets brought over to fitbit. I think fitbit has nicer graphs for looking at weekly calorie deficit/surplus trends. +1 I love my blaze. Moved from the Surge to the Blaze and it's way sleeker.
