Maybe you could try freezing the yogurt. When my kids were younger they used to freeze gogurts and they were defrosted by lunchtime. a pedometer that shocks you if you sit longer than 20 minutes =)

I started last week. I have a lot of weight to lose so I did the modified and went slower on some of the exercises to focus on form. Sweated thru every article of clothing but LOVED it:-)

I don't log supplements, herbs and spices or general daily activities unless I do them for over an hour. If it doesn't have a barcode I just use quick add calories.
