That's funny, looking at the macros on a bag of Cheetos. I see carbs, protein, and fat.... no mention of clean or dirty

Up to maintenance calories or slightly above for a week Don't abuse your options all at once (i.e. lower calories + excessive cardio + low carb). You only have so many things you can change when weight loss slows down. Best way to keep weight off is by attempting to lose as much weight as you can while having to do as…

Postworkout is ideal. Since you said you don't eat breakfast before working out, I'd go with a shake at that time too. Other than that, have it anytime you need to fit in a meal when your on the run. It's called a supplement for a reason. It's meant to supplement your diet, so always have whole food if you have the choice.

They won't get big from exercise

Most people eating on a reduce calorie plan for an extended period of time have reduced leptin levels. Your body produces less of this hormone when you aren't eating enough and pretty much halts fat burning while giving you an insane appetite (especially for starchy carbohydrates), because it's getting the instinctive…

2000 calories in one meal is a lot, don't you feel sick eating that much at once?

You're not doing yourself any favours by not having simple sugars after a workout. A high GI carbohydrate transports protein to glycogen depleted muscles after they've been used up during an intense workout. Having a protein shake is a good choice, but taking it without carbs defeats the purpose of having a fast absorbing…

I don't know how you regularly eat, but your journal is full of processed food. You're eating below your caloric allotment, but you don't seem to be eating the right types of food. Clean eating will yield in different results, even with the same number of calories consumed.

They are. Because range of motion is shortened.

Cut back on something else? See how you can re-allocate your monthly funds. Try buying food in bulk as well. Costco or Sams Club is key.

That's a myth

Eat chicken/turkey breast, tuna, broccoli, celery, spinach, and olive oil. Eat 6 meals per day consisting of these items only. So for example: 3 oz chicken breast 2 cups broccoli 1 tbsp olive oil Granted you'll gain all the fat back, and probably more.

Why not just eat some fruit? That's pretty expensive over nothing special.

Can your juicer grind up the contents any finer? I use a blender that leaves a bit of residue, but not a significant amount of pulp.
-
Yes. Why wouldn't it be the same? By putting it through a juicer all you're doing is creating a change of state.

The notion of not eating before bed is a myth

I'd say this is more accurate than what I said. I was thinking of a male when I gave you a timeline. Women produce less testosterone, so it'll be a slower process.
-
If you're looking at a timeline for your goal, I'd say 2 years. Less if you've never lifted weights before, or within the past few months.

The average joe shouldn't have to use a fat burner to do the job, clean eating and exercise will do wonders. Fat burners are effective in some circumstances (fat loss plateau or a time period prior to a bodybuilding show), but again, really not worth the price. In most cases, if you're following a fat loss regime, the fat…
