Its obvious how amazing you look and for that we are all proud of you, but what I see most impressive in this photo and short story of the journey is pride and passion. You took your life and health and took control to become healthier and happy. Congratulations and you are an inspiration to many.

Extremely sorry for your loss and I can't imagine the mental and physical struggles. Kudos to you for having the strength to overcome. You're yet another great inspiration I have seen on this site to continue to push as hard as I can towards my goal.

I'm a call center customer service rep and I hate it most days.

Just checking in. I completed last nights Cardio Recovery and man is that still a workout. The legs were burning and the sweat was pooling underneath me.

Add me. I did insanity exactly a year ago with amazing results. Just started again last night.

For now, I just log is as Calisthenics. Probably not the most accurate, but gives a basic idea.

The biggest words of advice I can give are these: 1)Things happen and we all slip from time to time. Get back on the horse and keep going. 2)There are no small accomplishments. Ever ounce lost is that much closer to your goal. 3)You're never alone. We're all here with common goals, trials, and tribulations.

Working, but to be honest I'm not complaining. I tend to be more focused on my diet when I'm at work.

I was smart and went for a 5 mile trek first thing in the morning. Worked well, since I was still under for the day!

I was getting a little bored myself and took up the Spartacus Circuit. Its on Men's Health's website, but I don't see why it would hurt to try as a woman.
