@Spotteddingo thanks! I'll look into it! @speyerj good to know! This is not my first time losing but definitely the first time I've ever been irregular. I normally go 5-6 times a week and I'm down to 1-2 so that's much different now

Lettuce definitely has a taste and that taste is terrible

This is exactly what I do. I can not stand that idea of cooking everyday so I meal prep on Sundays for the week and will just make larger portions of breakfast, lunches, and dinners so I don't have to think about food. This has saved me from making poor impulse choices when I'm hungry and don't want to cook

I actually feel like I'm smaller for the first time. I still have a ways to go but am really starting to feel it. I also turned down multiple invites to have drinks, this is a BIG deal for a girl who always love to go out for drinks.

I'm between 11,000 & 14,000 6 days a week with 1 day scheduled that's super low...usually Sundays where I work OT and am sitting 4-6 hours. I don't usually have too much variation as my schedule is pretty consistent but I need to get at least 11,000 6/7 days. I also use my low step day to rest and my body really…

My air fryer has been my new favorite appliance but it's a combination of air fryer/instant pot/and stove/oven for me.

I just made salmon cakes with canned salmon and I would definitely make it again!

[quote= @kali31337 nice whoosh! It's good you have a backup dress just in case, but here's hoping you can make the original one work. I certainly hope it's a happy occasion, but even if it isn't, you deserve to feel good about yourself when you get dressed up.[/quote] Thank you! It is for a bridal shower for my bestfriend…

I tried on a skirt that I am obsessed with and it fit! I still want to lose 5 or 10 more so it's super comfortable but the best part of this story is that I tried it on while video chatting with my mother and she commented about my waistline! More that I actually have one than anything but any good positive comment about…

I don't have anything to add right now but I just want to say how much I LOVE this thread

Packing my lunch last night as I'm in the office today. Also will be taking a walk post lunch/meeting so I can ensure I still get my steps in

Took the steps today to my office and didn't need to stop half way up to catch my breath. When I did reach the top, it only took 60 or so seconds for my heart rate to come back down to normal.

I have the Run Double C25k app. It was free for the first couple of rounds and then I paid for $3 version that gives you the rest of the rounds plus ALL of their other options plus any future runs that they come out with.

I don't love pasta...an occasional bowl? sure. But to crave it or want it after that first serving? Not at all.

Gosh I'm totally an abstainer and EVERY time I think that I'm a moderator, I eat the entire bag of whatever I have. So I have learned it's better to just get the pack of M&Ms when I want them rather than getting something that's individually wrapped and may be lower calories than M&Ms but comes in a pack that blows the M&M…
