Hi Everyone! I'm ready to do this. SW: 228 CW: 216.1 GW#1: 200 I'm back in university so I have exams this month. This gives me a lot of time to get out and get out of the house for some outdoor walking. As I'm new to this country (American living in Belgium!), I have hesitated getting a gym membership but planning on…

I made a lot of dishes in my Instant Pot. Between Pinterest and Instant Loss (an IP book), I cook in it almost every week. Here is one that I like: https://instantloss.com/instant-pot-skinny-crustless-chicken-pot-pie/ Of course you still need to watch calories/portions but I like that recipe

Oh! Also that I had to buy a bridesmaid dress without trying it on. I also don't get to try it on until 2 days before the wedding because I had to have it shipped to the US and I'm currently living overseas....

My best friend is getting married in June and I'm Maid of Honor...so knowing I'll have professional photos taken is my biggest motivation. It's nice because the eternal embarrassment of seeing those photos keeps me going!

I jogged a half mile yesterday without stopping. I have never been a runner so this is a BFD for me. My next goal is to be able to jog a full mile!

There is a prosciutto sandwich with fresh mozzarella and pesto on foccacio bread at an Italian bakery that I would LOVE to have as my co-worker is headed there but I'm sticking with my meal prep =(

Thank goodness for grocery delivery. It stops me from impulse buying and I get to stick to my list. If it's not on my list then I don't buy it (usually!).

I'm currently wearing a suit coat that did not fit 50 days ago. Good timing as I have a big meeting today and this makes me look way more professional than my usual sweater

Great job!!

While I don't have kids, I might have blamed it on my dog being sick...

Awesome! You rock!

Either Salmon Poke or something fish related that I'll make at home. Depends on how motivated I am to leave my house after my work out to get the poke...

Counting down the minutes until I can leave work...only 23 more to go!

Still breaking out at 31. They are usually caused by hormonal fluctuations but there's a definite genetic component as my mom had acne even into her 40s

Take them every week if you need to! I do and it's amazing the difference that you can see in just one week. I look forward to my Monday or Tuesday workout as those are my picture taking days. It's only been about 45 days and I'm shocked to see the difference in just one month's set of pictures!

Yes! Definitely double check as garlic will tell me that it has hundreds of calories per clove every single time

I echo this as well. I'm actually using my standing desk as we speak and find that I walk around my cube more and definitely get more steps in by using it. My fitbit reminds me to move every hour and I'll take a lap around the floor or take the steps to the 5th floor (i'm on the 3rd). I also require myself to get 3,000…

I'd be in my co-worker's cube. She would probably be confused...
-
This is exactly what happened to me. I don't even notice the difference anymore between the two but I like my current set-up and don't mind supporting the folks at MFP so I'm just going to keep it...

My fitbit strap is now on the last hole of the "large" band....now to dig out the regular sized band....
