Yes, this is what I was thinking.. I can see it changing and getting flatted but I can definitely tell it is stubborn haha. I do the same in my circuits. I switch up my work out routine every 3-4 weeks so I don't plateau though. Thanks!

I agree .. You need to eat at least 1200 calories Or your body will begin storing your food as fat to save fuel. Many people think eating less means losing less but you can't deprive your body of what it needs.

My friend told me about these and how she just started taking them a month ago. Apparently they make her sweat a lot more at the gym which in turn would make you burn more calories. I believe she also said they made her feel more "full" after meals. Hope this helps!
