Everybody depends so much on the scales...don't forget body measurements. My scales say I've gained a few pounds but I have lost a few inches around the waist hips and thighs. So I've toned up and that means a lot too. Scales can always cause confused messages, beware...

Rest makes it go away it just happens when i walk fast or very far...i agree imflammation or i am not warming up not enough...thanks for responding...i c my doc next week i will talk to him about it n make sure..

WOW! Thats great... I am working just to complete my first 5k walkathon I couldn't imagine a run. I'm up to walking 3 miles now but 5 miles I still have a lot of training to do. You did am awesome job. High 5!!!:happy:

bowl of cream of wheat and a side dish of diced cantaloupe is something I like, or a cup of tomatoe or sweet pea soup to drink instead of my morning coffee...:smile:

well good news today I weighed 279... beginning weight in june 2010....316 weight last check in.................... 282..... today ...........................279 ...........................lost 3lbs woo hoo:happy:

well Friday was again another week of bad news.I'm not losing weight at all. Just staying were I am. Congrads to everyone else. I'll try again next week. Maybe next week will be better.

I just do olive oil always have always will, but frankly I fry maybe 2% of my food, fryed foods at home are very rare and salt use is only for mashed potatoes and corn on the cob...nothing more. I am now a 26-28 I would be happy just making it to a size 16 again which is what I wore in 1997. if I reach that goal maybe go down to a 10. I don't think I'd like to be any smaller then that. Never been real small wouldn't know what to think.

NOT with Food, no way!!! My fiancee is buying me a new watch...point being it has taken time to get here and time to improve but I did it....meant to be a symbolic reminder everyday of obtaining my goals. Of course I get to pick it out. Wish everyone the best on reaching their goals.
