i love the shake but /i use it as a protein shake after I work out. when I used it as a breakfast supplement I was hungry within 30 minutes. I keep using it because the taste is delicious and it has good stuff in it but I will not substitute it for any meal!

I currently use the program and it is a great workout. It works every part of the butt as well as other body parts.

I do drink about 2 to 3 cups of water a day but it is not hydrating me. There are 0 calories in the tea and I dont drink tap water, I drink bottled water, but still cant drink that much of it.

I'm not sure if Jennifer Hudson improved her personality but I am annoyed with her. So happy that she lost all the weight, but tired of commercial after commercial with her singing that same song! We got it, you lost weight and you look good, lets move on! Just my opinion

I wish I could workout in the morning but it doesn't work out since I like to get as much sleep as possible before work thr next day. I usually workout between the hours of 5:30 and 9:30 pm. There has been days when I didnt finish my workout rill about 11 at night!

These are some of the nastiest food combos I have ever heard of..lol.. A phrase that I hate is actually one word and it is "What". I honestly can't stand to call a persons name or a child and they say what. A weird food that I like I guess would be eggs with ketchup.

I am 5'5, 167 and a size 8 in pants. i have lost a couple of inches, but not a lot of weight. I was wearing a size 11/12 or 9/10. now the size 10 pants that I brought in January of this year are really baggy and some are kind of falling down.

I agree with you. I know that if I was to say I am not going to eat any sweets or carbs, that I will turn around and maybe eat too much of it.
