  • I'm not a stripper, but I do take pole fitness classes, and I can tell you that I've never worked out so hard in my life. I'm sore for days. It's crazy!!!
  • Did you do your measurements? I've had a lot of people tell me that they are losing lbs, but they don't physcially see it. But then they check their measurements and there is a huge change. Maybe try that?
  • I love Turbo Jam! That's all I can say. I've lost 30lbs so far, and I wasn't skinny when I started. I'm still not skinny. BUT it's been so worth it!
  • Eh, no time like now. lol. Glad you're back. Good luck! ~Lori
  • I love this site too! It's so addicting. I keep telling everyone that! Glad to see you on here. if you need anything, let me know! ~Lori

  • That is so amazing! That's a huge success. Even if you want to lose more. It's always great to feel good about your accomplishments. Keep it up!
  • Only advise I have to either of you, is Keep it up! This site is addicting, you'll soon find out for yourself. I love being able to talk to people and see what they are doing and implement it in my own life. If either of you need any help or just to chat, contact me! Good luck! ~Lori
  • Welcome. You will love it here. It's awesome to be able to talk to others that are here for the same reasons. Good luck with everything and let me know if I can help you at all. have a great day! Lori
  • So glad you joined MFP! You'll love it. I love being able to talk to people everyday that are trying to do the same thing that I'm trying to do. No matter if it's 5lbs or 100. We're all in this together. Let me know if I can help you in any way! Have a great Monday!
  • I completely agree with you all. Life is too short to continue to focus on the negative aspects in life. It is true, that with every negative comes a positive, you just have to look for it. You all are amazing. Thank you for sharing your thoughts with me. :-)

  • I am a 40DD. I found some really great supportive sports bras at Walmart. Before that, I used to wear 2 bras, or I would wrap myself. I know. Sounds funny, but it worked. :-)
  • Ok, I'm as little slow I admit, but what is with the "BUMP" comments? What does it mean?
  • Thank you both so much! Awesome recipes and I'm going to try them all
  • I LOVE it. I love being able to help people and know exactly where they are coming from. I love Turbo Jam. I actually have the song in my head right now which makes me excited to go home and work out. ~Lori www.beachbodycoach.com/o2blori
  • All prayers and upmost positive energy is coming your way.
  • You are amazing! Way to go. You are a great motivator for us all!
  • I am a food lover! Today has been extremely hard. But, the cute pants I bought 2 sizes smaller than I was is a HUGE motivator!!! And now realizing how low my self esteem WAS, but is now getting back to where I feel good about myself. It's not about the scale, or even the inches for me
  • And so positive! She makes you feel so great about yourself. she's fun. You'd really like her stuff if you like good music and kina being cheesy
  • I agree with other posts. Find something you love to do. Or that is fun to do. Then it doesn't seem like exercise. I'm currently doing Turbo Jam and taking pole fitness classes and I LOVE them. And I don't dread them. I actually look forward to doing it. Also, I found with me that I need to create a habit or routine. I…
  • This does sound really good, and the red pepper flakes may kick my spicky crave I'm having. Thank you so much!
  • I've never actually pin pointed a time that I crave Pasta. I just love it. The exact time of this posting, I'm at work, a little sleepy, but I was just really hungry and mexican (spicy) and pasta sounded good. Thank you so much for the advice and comments
  • Great information. Thank you so much. I love hearing this stuff. I can pass it on as well. :-)
  • Ya, I look pretty funny doing it too. But really? Who cares? It works. The pounds drop. And when they do, you won't care how corny you look. Keep on it! I have faith in you!
  • Thank you all so much! You're lifesavers!
  • You guys/ladies are all awesome. I agree with everything you said. it's funny how one excuse can lead to 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year. I'm still carrying "baby" weight...and my baby is 8. ugh. thanks for all your thoughts.
  • Wow! You are amazing! Great job. You are a great motivation to all.
  • Sorry to hear everything that has happened. I personally am doing the Turbojam videos. Not at the intensity that the other one was. You know how it works. 30 min and that's it. I love it and am almost to my 30lb mark on them. Have you tried that one before?
  • I have to agree. Routine is so important for me. I work out right when I get home. Before dinner, before kids, before anything. Then I know it's done. I try to do 30-60 minutes depending on what's going on. I guess I just keep on going from work. Get up, get dressed, off to work, and come home and finish with working…
