I've done Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire. I love them both. Lost 30 lbs with Turbo Jam. And and on my way to lose my next 30 with Turbo Fire. If you like to dance, these programs are for you.

Thank you all so much! Yeah, I'm excited!!!

I tried to calculate it in here, but it was way off when I used my HRM. So, honestly, I think you won't really know your burn without one.

I'm not doing P90x totally. I'm doing Turbo Fire with parts of P90x. MFP definately keeps me motivated.

Pills won't get you anywhere. You may lose weight, but you WILL gain it back. Good old eating right and exercise are your best answers!

You will have tons of support here! Glad you're here. I know you'll do amazing!

Good luck!

I'm a fan of Turbo Fire. I love the high energy.

That was an awesome video. Thank you for sharing it!

I think it's very important to listen to your body. 800 is not healthy, even for the person that's 120lbs. You're right. You will throw your body into starvation mode, and will hinder, not help. If you were feeling good at whatever your caloric goal was before, and losing weight, I would stick to that. You know your body…

I started Turbo Fire last month. It's so amazing!!! You all will love it!

That's great! Can't wait to see your 60 day!

I just use water...so it's as much as I want it to be without being watery. When I blend mine, I usually get 20 oz +/. Really just depends on how much liquid and fruit , etc that you use.

4 chicken breasts. Bottle of salsa. Can of corn (or other veggies if you want) and black beans. Put in a crock pot or put it in the oven. I shred mine and put it over salad or a tortilla. Very low cal. :-)

Have you taken measurements or body fat?

Oh how I love me some pasta. :-)

I'm far from a morning person too, so I understand that. I'm not sure your kids ages, but I have an 8 year old. I follow a set schedule. I go to work from 7-5 and then go straight home and workout for 30-45 minutes the second I walk in the door. Then make dinner and spend time with my family. I know that won't work for…

Thank you so much. I really appreciate it!

I agree with this 100%. I've taken diet pills in the past and lost a lot of weight, but in the end, it did come back. The "old fashioned way" is the only true way to lose it and be able to keep it off or maintain.

I was diagnosed a year and a half ago.

I started at a very similar spot. I was 213. I'm 182 now. I have faith in you and would love to support each other in this journey!

Great job! You're awesome!

I'm so glad you're loving it! I'm on my 3rd week. It's so much fun! Great job!!

Hey. I love this post. I actually started with Jillian Michaels and now do Turbo Fire through Beachbody. I did see results with Jillian's dvd's, and I love the workouts, but I got bored. I love Turbo Jam, and Fire and Yoga Booty and all the others because there's different workouts every day. That worked better for me, and…

I did take it and lost a lot of weight, but it just came back. Now that I'm losing weight with eating right and working out, it's a lot better of a choice for me. I also was very jittery when I took that pill.

I can't find it either

That is so romantic! I'm so excited for you. You will do this and we'll all be here to help you along the way!

Hi :-)

That sounds very good. Thanks for posting it!

I had this same thing. Then I watched a chick flick called The Holiday and it changed my view. Some people just like knowing they still have the power. Like they can contact you whenever they want to, and you'll respond. Kinda like having their pie and eating it too. This is where the friendly or not so friendly ultimatum…
