Hole in your Heart
I know many people have a hole in their heart, but have you had a hole that you had to have surgery to fix? I'm going in for tests on Thursday to see what I need to do, and I'm nervous. Trying not to be, but I am. Anyone that can shed some light on this would be really appreciated.

Do you count Tea in your water?
I haven't been counting it, but I drink 2 cups of Green Tea everyday atleast. Should I count these in my water intake or not?

Cold Water or Hot?
I've heard 2 things. I've heard to drink cold water and your body will burn more calories trying to bring it to body temp. And I've heard the same of hot water, but in reverse. What's everyone's view on this?
