How you would log Pole Fitness in exercise? I have a 60 minute class tonight. It starts with your basic warm up, then cardio, spins and stretching.

Any help would be awesome!

    To get a real reading you need to get a HRM. So many variables there is a wide range.

    Without a HRM, I think you can get a close measurement by cataloging it under low impact aerobics. : )
