I would love a link to your ladie's support group. I've been struggling with the same 4 lbs for a month now...up down up down...sigh! Did so good for the first two months..kinda stuck right now.

I have found that I can make an egg sandwich that is only 175 calories and it's yummy and filling. I use thomas light multi grain english muffins (100 calories), 1 egg white cooked in a pan with cooking spray, 1 sargento thin slice cheese (I like colby jack-40 calories), and 1 slice of canadian bacon. So yummy...:love:

YAY! There is some good advice on here. I think the point of adding 100 calories at a time is good advice. You won't be adding too many calories anc can monitor how your body is reacting to the increase. Healthy calories-great advice.
