Depression is a ***** (I know). Don't worry about it.. that's what we're here for. As somebody else said to me, don't focus on the ups and downs, just make sure the trend stays down.

Awesome man, I hope you understand how impressive your results are for such a relatively short period! What was your avg weight loss/wk? has to be at least 2 lbs a week. That first month or so must have been very difficult!

We're starting from roughly the same spot.. Congrats man. Down 7 lbs in 27 days here. Aiming for 160 and around 10-12% BF. I see no reason why you shouldn't be at your goal in about 2-3 months. What supplements are you taking, if any?

I'm generally eating about 100-150 cals MORE than MFP says i should, yet these first two weeks i've STILL managed to lose just about 2 lbs a week. remember that the sedientary setting for many is STILL too low for just about everyone.

Okay, with the waiting, i'm just thinking what derek said. Once in awhile i'm still getting light headed, but i really think thats more me watching my calories, carbs, etc, whereas before i was just eating anything. I was thinking of starting with light cardio for a week with some light lifting just to get back into it.…

This is something I've often wondered. Interesting that it goes against the grain. I usually am above the RDA, but never have gotten close to my macros on here in the 9 days i've been dieting.
