I totally agree! I have had to force myself on several occasions to exercise particularly when I may have felt a bit under the weather; it has made me feel much better! I have wondered whether it cleanses your body in a funny kind of way;helping the body to rid itself of toxins......

I found the same when I was eating nutty museli, natural greek style yogurt with honey on. Now I eat two shredded wheat with 200ml of skimmed milk on most mornings. Hope this helps! :smile:

I have to agree; its either stress or boredom with me too! To be honest, I have developed some real will power since using this site. Don't know where its came from yet though, LOL. One thing I often think is that my weight would not be so much of an issue if I didn't have a family with kids!

I believe its finding the right balance of cardio exercises and resistance training i.e. weights. Not to mention diet! :smile:

No, you most certainly are not, :o). Going to see a doctor who tells you that you need to lose weight when they are like that themselves or worse seems kind of hypocritical if you ask me! They should be setting a good example!
