I agree with keeping track of measurements. If you do not have a lot of weight to lose, you may see more changes in the way you look. I love coffee or tea! but no soda or energy drinks. I used to drink like 6 diet cokes a day which replaced like 6 regular cokes a day. Horrible for me. I finally switched to mainly coffee and water during the day. It takes me about 9 hours to drink half a pot because I alternate water and coffee while drinking at my desk.…

I started buying Tyson grilled and ready. It comes in strips or whole breasts. It could be easily used in wraps or on salads or eaten plain.
