Pants I bought in July no longer fit me. I wore them to work today and they were so loose.

Good for u! I also have had days where I'm just too tired or my knees hurt. I work as a nanny so I'm walking over 1 hr a day. I've stuck to my calories even if I don't workout and the weight is coming off.

My pants fit better and I have more energy than 3 weeks ago!! I also am reminding myself that the weight will take time to come off and in almost 3 weeks I've lost 5 pounds so that's good!

Great job ladies! You all look amazing. Im 5'6" and weight 190. I'm hoping to lose 20 to 30 pounds in 6 months. This gives me hope AND if you will all excuse me I must go workout now haha

My goal is to lose 20 pounds and get down to 134 pounds by May 6th. I am exercise daily (and resting my body when it's needed) and changing my food habits completely. I am going to try bikini's with a couple of my friends so that is all the motivation I need :)

I was in a deep depression and food was the one thing that I actually enjoyed. I ate and ate and ate until 30 pounds (went from 134 to 164) was gained. I saw a picture of myself and couldn't believe how big I was.

Just completed day 1...It kicked my butt!! I loved the short 10 min videos though..it really allows me to have the variety I love in a workout. I am starting out 146 and I am 5'5.5"..I will measure myself and come back and update :) 89 more days to go..woo

yeah the first phase was the worst for me I was like omg no cardio but you will see a big gain in muscle and everything will get very tight and toned!
